At PADOM, shipping arrangements are confirmed based on the product type, order quantity, package size, total weight, destination country or region, and the customer’s delivery requirements.

Because commercial cleaning equipment may vary greatly in size and weight, shipping costs and delivery times are not fixed. For this reason, we recommend that customers request a shipping quote before placing or confirming an order.

Shipping Quote

You can request a shipping quote by clicking any Inquiry or Request a Quote button on our website.

To help us provide an accurate shipping estimate, please include the following information when sending your inquiry:

  • Product model or product link
  • Estimated quantity
  • Destination country or region
  • Delivery address or nearest port, if available
  • Preferred shipping method, if any

Our team will review your request and normally reply within 12 hours on business days.

Shipping Methods

Depending on the order quantity, product size, destination, and delivery requirements, PADOM may arrange shipping by express delivery, air freight, sea freight, truck delivery, or other suitable logistics solutions.

For small parts, accessories, or sample orders, express or air shipping may be available.

For larger cleaning machines, bulk orders, or palletized goods, sea freight or freight forwarding may be more suitable.

The final shipping method will be confirmed with the customer before the order is processed.

Delivery Time

Estimated delivery time depends on the shipping method, destination, customs clearance, local carrier handling, and other logistics conditions.

Any delivery time provided by PADOM is an estimate only and should not be considered a guaranteed delivery date.

PADOM is not responsible for delays caused by customs inspection, port congestion, carrier delay, incorrect delivery information, weather, holidays, force majeure events, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Shipping Cost

Shipping costs are calculated based on product quantity, weight, volume, destination, shipping method, and any special delivery requirements.

Additional fees may apply for remote area delivery, liftgate service, residential delivery, inside delivery, storage, re-delivery, customs clearance, duties, taxes, or other local charges.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, import duties, taxes, customs clearance fees, and local delivery charges are the responsibility of the buyer.

Order Confirmation and Shipment

Shipping arrangements will be confirmed after product details, quantity, destination, payment terms, and delivery requirements are confirmed.

For bulk orders, customized products, or special shipping requests, PADOM may confirm shipping details separately before production or dispatch.

Once the shipment is arranged, we will provide available shipping documents or tracking information where applicable.

Inspection Upon Delivery

Customers should inspect the package and products upon delivery.

If there is visible damage, missing items, or packaging issues, please contact PADOM as soon as possible with photos, videos, order information, and delivery documents.

This helps us communicate with the carrier or freight forwarder and provide support more efficiently.
