Terms of service

Last Modified May 11, 2026

These Terms and Conditions apply to your use of the PADOM website and to any inquiry, quotation, purchase, or order of commercial cleaning equipment, cleaning tools, accessories, consumables, and related products supplied by PADOM (“PADOM,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By using this website, submitting an inquiry, requesting a quotation, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

1. Product Information

PADOM provides commercial cleaning equipment and related cleaning solutions for hotels, facility management companies, malls, hospitals, schools, factories, airports, stations, resorts, and other commercial or industrial environments.

We make reasonable efforts to keep product descriptions, specifications, images, videos, certificates, and other information accurate and up to date. However, product specifications, colors, accessories, packaging, and appearance may vary slightly due to production updates, photography, display settings, or different application conditions.

All technical parameters are provided for reference only. Final specifications should be confirmed with PADOM before purchase.

2. Quotations and Order Acceptance

Submitting an inquiry or receiving an automatic email confirmation does not mean that an order has been accepted.

All orders are subject to PADOM’s written confirmation, product availability, payment confirmation, shipping arrangement, and any applicable export or import requirements.

Quotations are valid only within the period stated on the quotation. If no validity period is stated, the quotation may be updated at any time due to changes in material cost, exchange rates, shipping cost, or market conditions.

PADOM reserves the right to refuse, revise, or cancel any quotation or order before shipment if there is an error in price, product information, stock availability, shipping cost, or payment status.

3. Pricing

Product prices shown on the website, if any, are for reference only and may not include shipping, taxes, customs duties, insurance, local delivery charges, installation, or special service fees.

For most commercial cleaning equipment orders, final pricing depends on product model, quantity, destination, packaging requirements, customization, and shipping method.

PADOM reserves the right to update prices without prior notice.

4. Payment Terms

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payment must be received before production, reservation of stock, or shipment.

Accepted payment methods may include bank transfer, wire transfer, or other payment methods confirmed by PADOM.

For customized orders, bulk orders, or special procurement orders, PADOM may require a deposit before production and the balance payment before shipment.

Any bank fees, transfer charges, currency conversion fees, or intermediary bank charges are the responsibility of the buyer unless otherwise agreed in writing.

5. Shipping, Delivery, and Freight Inquiry

Shipping cost and delivery time vary depending on order quantity, product size, weight, destination country or region, shipping method, customs clearance, and local delivery conditions.

Customers may request a shipping quotation before placing an order. PADOM will normally reply to shipping inquiries within 12 hours on business days after receiving the destination, product quantity, and basic shipping requirements.

Delivery dates are estimates only and are not guaranteed. PADOM is not liable for delays caused by customs inspection, carrier delay, port congestion, weather, holidays, incorrect shipping information, force majeure events, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

For large equipment, palletized goods, or bulk orders, additional charges may apply for liftgate service, residential delivery, remote area delivery, inside delivery, storage, re-delivery, or other special logistics requirements.

6. Customs, Duties, and Import Compliance

For international orders, the buyer is responsible for confirming whether the purchased products comply with local laws, regulations, certification requirements, import restrictions, safety standards, and customs requirements in the destination country.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the buyer is responsible for all import duties, taxes, customs clearance fees, local inspection fees, and other charges imposed by the destination country or region.

PADOM may provide product information, certificates, test reports, packing details, or commercial documents when available, but the buyer remains responsible for final import compliance.

7. Title and Risk of Loss

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, title and risk of loss transfer to the buyer when the products are handed over to the carrier, freight forwarder, or shipping agent.

If a specific Incoterm is agreed in writing, such as EXW, FOB, CIF, DAP, or DDP, the agreed Incoterm will apply to the order.

The buyer is responsible for inspecting goods upon delivery and notifying PADOM of any visible shipping damage, shortage, or packaging issue as soon as possible.

8. Product Use and Safety

PADOM products are designed for commercial cleaning, facility maintenance, floor care, carpet and upholstery cleaning, vacuuming, pressure washing, pool cleaning, and related cleaning applications.

Customers should use all products according to the product manual, safety instructions, training guidance, and applicable workplace safety requirements.

PADOM is not responsible for damage, injury, loss, or performance issues caused by misuse, improper operation, unauthorized modification, lack of maintenance, incorrect voltage, unsuitable cleaning chemicals, overloading, or use outside the recommended application.

9. Warranty

Warranty coverage, if applicable, depends on the product category, model, order terms, and written warranty statement provided by PADOM.

The warranty generally does not cover consumable parts, wear parts, accessories, filters, brushes, pads, hoses, belts, batteries, cosmetic damage, improper use, unauthorized repair, shipping damage, voltage mismatch, or damage caused by chemicals, water ingress, poor maintenance, or abnormal working conditions.

To request warranty support, the customer may be required to provide order information, product model, serial number if available, photos, videos, and a clear description of the issue.

PADOM may provide replacement parts, repair guidance, technical support, or other reasonable after-sales solutions depending on the situation.

10. Returns and Cancellations

Returns must be approved by PADOM in writing before products are sent back.

Products must be unused, complete, undamaged, and in original packaging unless otherwise agreed.

Customized products, special order items, made-to-order products, bulk procurement orders, chemical products, used equipment, and products that have been installed or operated may not be cancelable or returnable unless there is a confirmed quality issue.

Shipping charges, customs duties, taxes, payment fees, and return freight costs are generally non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.

11. Special Orders and Customization

For customized products, OEM/ODM orders, special voltage requirements, special packaging, private label orders, or non-standard configurations, the order may become non-cancelable once production or procurement has started.

PADOM reserves the right to request a deposit or full payment before processing special orders.

Any customization details must be confirmed in writing before production.

12. Cleaning Chemicals and Safety Data

For cleaning chemicals, detergents, stone care products, pool chemicals, laundry products, or other consumables, customers should carefully review product labels, usage instructions, and safety information before use.

Where applicable, PADOM may provide SDS/MSDS or related safety documents upon request.

Customers are responsible for safe storage, handling, dilution, training, and use of chemical products in accordance with local laws and workplace safety requirements.

13. Certificates and Documentation

PADOM may display or provide certificates, test reports, quality management documents, or compliance-related materials for brand trust and procurement reference.

Such documents may vary by product model, production batch, destination market, or applicable standard. Customers should confirm required certificates or import documents with PADOM before placing an order.

No certificate or document shown on the website should be interpreted as a guarantee that every product automatically meets all regulatory requirements in every country or region.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PADOM shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of profit, loss of business, loss of use, loss of data, downtime, cleaning project delay, or third-party claims.

PADOM’s total liability for any claim related to a product or order shall not exceed the amount actually paid by the customer for the affected product, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

15. Force Majeure

PADOM shall not be liable for delay or failure to perform due to events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, extreme weather, fire, flood, epidemic, pandemic, war, strike, port congestion, transportation interruption, customs delay, government action, power failure, material shortage, supplier delay, or other force majeure events.

16. Website Use

All content on this website, including product images, videos, text, logos, designs, catalogs, technical information, and marketing materials, belongs to PADOM or its licensors unless otherwise stated.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or use website content for commercial purposes without written permission from PADOM.

PADOM may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the website at any time without notice.

17. User Submissions

If you submit inquiries, reviews, photos, videos, feedback, project information, or other materials to PADOM, you confirm that the information is accurate and that you have the right to provide it.

PADOM may use non-confidential feedback, project photos, or customer comments for service improvement, product improvement, or marketing purposes, unless you request otherwise in writing.

Please do not submit confidential, sensitive, or third-party information unless necessary for quotation, order processing, or after-sales service.

18. Third-Party Links

This website may contain links to third-party websites, platforms, carriers, payment providers, or service providers.

PADOM is not responsible for the content, policies, security, accuracy, or performance of third-party websites or services.

19. Changes to These Terms

PADOM may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this website and will apply to future use, inquiries, quotations, and orders.
